Who We Are
Shenzhen Sunbow Insulation Materials MFG. Co., Ltd. was established in 2003, mainly engaged in research & development, manufacture and sales of various insulation sleeves. We have a leading R&D team, industry-leading production equipment and advanced testing equipment. After more than 20 years of steady development, with the joint efforts of all employees, we now hold more than 60 patents, and successively gained the “Shenzhen High-tech Enterprise” in June 2015 and the honorary title of “National High-tech Enterprise” in December 2016, and successfully passed the second “National High-tech Enterprise” review in December 2022. In June 2022, it was awarded the title of “Boutique New” small and medium-sized enterprise in Shenzhen, and it was awarded the “Technology-based” enterprise in Guangming District in 2022.
Products & Certifications
Our main products include fiberglass sleeving, all kinds of heat shrinkable tube, PVC tube, silicone rubber tube, PTFE tube, expandable sleeve, corrugated pipe, polyimide film tube and more. All of our fiberglass sleeving have obtained UL and CSA safety certificates (E333178--UZIQ2, VW-1 for flame retardant requirements; E333177--UZFT2/8, 200C, 600V for temperature resistance level requirements). Our heat shrinkable tube, PTFE tube, silicone rubber tube and PVC tube have obtained UL certificates (Cert. No. YDPU2/8: E360625). Our expandable sleeve also successfully obtained UL certificates in 2017 (Cert. No. UZIQ2: E333178).
So far, our company is currently one of the few professional manufacturers of fiberglass sleeves in mainland China that have both UL and CSA certifications, and we are also the only manufacturer that can provide UL certificates covering all colors and the maximum size range (24AWG / 0.55mm ~ 1 inch / 25.4mm). At the same time, all products conform to EU RoHS and REACH test reports.
Applications
Our products are widely used in H&N motors, home appliances, electric heating equipment, special lamps, electronic instruments, electronic wiring harnesses, transformers, power adapters, 5G communication equipment, high and low voltage power distribution equipment, petrochemical, coal and power systems, key components of new energy vehicles (drive motors, battery packs, electronic control), high and low voltage wiring harnesses and supporting charging piles, charging guns, energy storage, battery soft connections, UHV transmission, aerospace, defense and other fields.
Capacity & Quality
Due to business expansion, we not only retained the headquarters in Gongming, Shenzhen, but also opened a new plant in Qiaotou, Dongguan in December 2016. The two factories cover an area of nearly 20,000 square meters, with monthly output of various types of sleeves over 40 million meters. To meet standardized management needs, we successfully upgraded and passed ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 in July 2022. ISO14001 is currently being implemented.
